Spice Things Up With Korean Spicy Mac & Cheese

This is not your normal Mac & Cheese kind of recipe. As Malaysian, we are used to have our meal spicy. At 1st I wasn't sure how adding Korean spices in my Mac & Cheese will taste like but hey, it come out better than I thought!!
The main ingredient that makes this recipe different than the classic Mac& Cheese is the Korean Spices in Korean Instant noodle packet. Why Korean Spicy? Simply because I love Korean Cuisine and I always have instant noodle in my dry storage.

Due to Covic-19 pandemic, I didn't have that much time to buy the famous Samyang korean ramyeon. So I just use what I have in my kitchen, which is Korean Spicy from Mie Sedap brand. What we need is just the spices that came with the instant noodle packet.

Lets start with the ingredients:
Macaroni
1 chopped Holland Onion and 4-5 Garlic
1 cup of Milk
2 spoons of butter
Sausages (Chicken or beef)
Cheddar Cheese and Mozzarella Cheese
Korean Spices from Your Instant Noodle
Stir fry the onion and garlic with butter until it golden. Add macaroni and pour milk until it covers your macaroni. Cooking the macaroni in milk will make the Mac & Cheese creamy and that is what we want in our Mac & Cheese. Then add sausages and continue stir until the macaroni is well cooked. Add the spices that you got from your korean instant noodle and stir it well. Add mix of Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese and stir it well with very slow fire until the cheese melted and fully covered the macaroni.
Sprinkle a bit chop scallion as garnish to serve with your Korean Spicy Mac & Cheese.
