Honey Butter Scone: Exactly like in Texas Chicken!!

What makes Texas Chicken one of the best fast food chain? Of course it's their Honey Butter Biscuit which I used to call it scone.

And just recently I got the recipe that taste exactly like in the Texas Chicken all thanks to my lil brother, Moki.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 Flour

4 teaspoon of Baking Powder

2 table spoon of sugar

115g Cold butter

140g Fresh Milk

2 teaspoon of vinegar

Honey

* Can be creative by putting raisins, nuts or corn in tour scones

Mix well cold butter with flour, baking powder, salt and sugar until it become bread crumbs.

Add fresh milk and vinegar and knead the dough well.

Put in baking pan with paper base and heat it in 180C about 40 minutes.

5 minutes before done, glaze the scone with melted butter and honey and let it heat up in the oven for another 5 minutes.

There you go..it looks exactly like Honey butter biscuit from Texas Chicken!!!
