CRISPY DONUT Recipe That I've Been Looking For!!

As I've been searching for donut recipes for many years now, I finally got it from my senior lab partner, Kak Husna. Tried it the 1st time and right away i decided this is the donut recipe that I've been looking for.


INGREDIENTS • 2 cups of flour (tepung gandum) • 2 teaspoon of yeast • 2 tablespoon planta / butter • 2 tablespoon of condensed milk (susu pekat) • 2 tablespoon of sugar • 1/2 tablespoon of salt • 1 cup of cool water • 1 potato (boiled and smashed) Start with making the dough!! 1. In 1 bowl (Bowl A), mix flour, yeast and butter/ planta. Mix it well

2. In another bowl (Bowl B), mix condensed milk, sugar and salt with a bit of warm water (easier to mix it well)

3. Mix Bowl B into Bowl A little by little. Then put potato into the mix and knead it using ur hand.

4. Slowly add cold water into the mix to make it semi soft dough. If its too sticky, add more flour as we don't want the dough to be too soft to shape it. leave for 10 minutes for the dough to expand (at least 2 times the initial shape).


5. When the dough already rise at least twice the shape, transfer it in the tray with sprinkle of some flour at the base so that it will not stick to the tray.

6. Start to shape the dough into small donut. This one mixer can make at least 20 pieces of donut. leave it another 10 munites for the dough to continue expand.




7. Heat the oil and start to fry the donut with slow fire.


8. Put castor sugar in another bowl and mix the fried donut well.
