Chicken Rice With Chinese Style Chicken Herbs

I'm glad that I was born in mix racial family. Got my 1/3 Chinese blood from my mom's side makes me grew up in Chinese culture too.

We used to do the Malaysian Chicken Rice but today mom wanted to eat something healthy..a healthier version is what I refer to Chicken Rice with Chicken Herbs. I just bought the herbs at any Sensei shop which cost me around RM10.00/ packet.
Its so easy to make and here is how I did it:

Put your whole chicken in the steamer with the herbs then leave it steam for ~2 hours.
“Chicken Herbs usually take long time to boil. It took me 2 hours in a steamer to get the chicken rich in flavor and tender”

Ginger Rice Ingredients
Rice
Slices Ginger
Pandan and lemon grass leaves
Salt
Knors Chicken stock cube
Sesames oil
Stir fry Ginger, leaves in Sesame oil. Put a cube of chicken stock and add salt. Then put rice with a bit of water till it half cook. and continue cook the rice in the rice cooker.
Then to make the Chili to go with the Chicken Rice, just blend all the ingredients below
Red Chili
Ginger
Vinegar
Salt and Sugar
Chili Sauce

And this taste exactly like the Ayamas Chili Sauce!!!
